We get paid for the answer, not the outcome.
Most consulting firms have a conflict of interest baked in: they only get the next engagement if the first one says “go.” That bias colors every recommendation.
DistributorBridge runs a different model. Our Landed Cost Snapshot ($1,295) and US Market Viability Report ($2,995) are fixed-price, one-time deliverables. We get paid whether the verdict is Go, Caution, or No-Go. That removes the optimism incentive — our reputation depends on accuracy, not flattery.
In April 2026 we pivoted away from distributor matching entirely. Why? Because matching distributors well requires industry-specific judgment that doesn’t generalize cleanly, and the manual labor destroyed scalability. Tariff analysis, on the other hand, is fully automatable — AI does the heavy lifting, humans validate the edge cases.
In May 2026 we added Tariff Exposure SaaS for US-domiciled importers facing the Section 122 cliff. Same principle: continuous monitoring, honest exposure numbers, no hidden upsells.
What we stand for
Honest Verdicts
Go / Caution / No-Go. We say what we see. Most customers tell us the No-Go was worth more than the Go would have been.
Radical Transparency
Fixed prices. Published methodology. No “contact for pricing.” No hidden fees. You see exactly what you’re paying for and exactly what you’re getting.
Respect for Time
No meetings required for Snapshot or Viability. Submit a 5-field form. Receive a multi-page report within 24-72 hours. Done.
